Calls list: missed and incoming calls

Calls are recorded inside conversations, and the “Incoming Calls” section shows them all in one place.

Steps

    Open the list

    In the sidebar, under Conversations, click “Incoming Calls”. If calling isn't set up, you see “Enable calls” and “Go to Channels”.

    Statuses

    Each call shows its status: “Missed call”, “No answer”, “Incoming · answered”, “Outgoing · answered”, “Ringing”, “On the call”.

    Go back to a call

    Clicking a call opens that customer's conversation. From there you can call, and see the recording and transcript (see “Where call recordings and transcripts appear”).

    Calls answered on the phone

    If a call to a QR number was answered on the phone, the conversation shows “Answered on the phone”. A call made from the phone appears as “Called from the phone”.
