Clomni AI settings: models and features

This page controls which AI model does which job in the account and which AI features are on. The assistant's own settings are separate, in Clomni AI › Settings. Only an administrator can change this page.

    Open the page

    In the sidebar, open Clomni AI › AI configuration.

    Choose the models

    In “Model Configuration”, each kind of job has its own row: “Assistant” (the replies customers get), “Editor Features” (rewriting an agent's message), “Co-pilot” (an agent's questions in the side panel) and others. A bigger model thinks better but costs more per message. Don't choose a very small model for replies that go to customers.

    Choose the features

    “Features” lists AI jobs that run by themselves in the background. Each one adds model costs: turn off the ones you don't use.
