Test the assistant in the playground

The playground shows in advance how the assistant will answer a real customer. Check here after you change an FAQ, a document or a guideline.

Open the playground
In the sidebar, open Clomni AI › Playground.

Write as a customer
Type a question your customers often ask in the “Type your message...” field and send it. The assistant's reply appears right away.

Judge the reply
If the reply is accurate, short and in the tone you want, it's ready. If it's wrong, fix the FAQ, update the document or add “Response Guidelines”, then ask the same question again.
