Use the widget only on your own website

The widget code is visible on your website's page. So that no one else puts your code on their site, you can make the widget open only on your own domains.
Steps

Open the Configuration tab
In Settings › Workspace settings › Inboxes, open the live chat channel's settings and go to the “Configuration” tab.

Enter the domains
In the “Allowed Domains” field, enter your website's domains separated by commas, for example: example.com, www.example.com. If the field is empty, the widget opens on any website. Then click “Update”.

For a mobile app
If you use the widget inside your own iOS or Android app, turn on “Enable widget in mobile apps”. A mobile app does not send a domain, so without this option the widget is blocked there.

Check
After you change the domain list, check that the widget opens on your website. If it does not, check how the domain is written (with or without www).
