Flow analytics: sent, engaged, completed

Last updated: 13 October 2026 · 7 min read

Analytics shows how well a flow works and where customers drop off. The numbers are for the published flow. The builder's top bar also has short numbers for the last 7 days, and clicking them opens this page.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the analytics

In Campaigns › Flows, open the flow and choose “Analytics” in the “Builder | Analytics” switch at the top.

  2. 2

    The main numbers

    • “Sent”: how many conversations the flow started in.
    • “Engaged”: what share of them answered at least once.
    • “Completed”: what share reached the end. Below it, how they ended: “Ended”, “To an agent”, “To another flow”.

Under each number is a “unique · total” count: unique is how many people, total how many conversations. The filters are on the right: platform (“All”, “Web”, “iOS”, “Android”), version, period (7 days, 30 days or “Range”). A flow that another flow starts also has a “Came from” filter, where you pick the flow the conversations came from.

    Steps

In the “Steps | Over time | Flow to flow” switch at the top, “Steps” shows the flow on a canvas. Each card says “Seen” (how many conversations reached this step, and what share of those sent that is) and “Dropped off” (how many stayed here). The step most people dropped off at is marked in amber. Steps nobody reached are faded. On the side, “Where people drop off” lists the steps that lose the most, and clicking one takes the canvas there. Below are “Most taken paths” and “Step to step”.

  4. 4

    Over time

“Over time” shows the three numbers on a chart. Choose “Day”, “Week” or “Month”. Point at the chart to see the three numbers for that point.

  5. 5

    Flow to flow

If the flow has a “Start another flow” step, the switch also has “Flow to flow”. This funnel shows which flows a conversation goes on to from this one, and how many are left at each stage.

  6. 6

The list of customers and labels

Click “Sent”, “Engaged” or “Completed”: the list of those customers opens. “Open conversation” opens the conversation. Click “Label all”, pick a label in “Pick a label” and click “Add label”: the label goes on every customer in the list. If the account has no labels, create one first in Settings › Workspace settings › Labels.

  7. 7

CSV and how long data is kept

Click “Download CSV” and choose “Numbers, day by day” or “Steps”. Unique counts, lists, paths and “Dropped off” cover the last 180 days. When you choose a longer period, the page says so at the bottom.
