The flows list: folders, search and the last 30 days

Last updated: 13 October 2026 · 5 min read

The Campaigns › Flows page shows all of the account's flows in a table. When you have many flows, you can group them in folders, find them by name and see what each one did in the last 30 days.

Steps

  1. 1

    The table

    The columns are “Name”, “Trigger”, “Inbox”, “Status”, “Steps”, “Sent”, “Engaged”, “Completed” and “Last change”. The numbers cover the last 30 days: how many conversations the flow started in, what share of them answered and what share reached the end. Click a row to open the flow.

  2. 2

    Folders

    Click “New folder” at the top, enter a name and choose “Create”. To put a flow in a folder, choose “Move to folder” in the row's “…” menu. You can create a new folder from there as well. In the builder, there is a “Settings” › “Folder” list. Click a folder's row to open or close it. A folder's “…” menu has “Rename” and “Delete”. Deleting a folder does not delete its flows. They move to “No folder”.

  3. 3

    Flows started by another flow

    If a flow moves on to another flow with a “Start another flow” step, that flow shows indented under the one that starts it. It can carry a note:

    • “draft only”: the hand-over is only in the draft so far, and will work once you publish;
    • “removed in draft”: the published version still starts it, and will stop once you publish;
    • “Not used”: no flow starts this reusable flow.
  4. 4

    Search and filters

    Type the flow's name in “Search by name”. Use the lists next to it to filter by inbox, trigger and status. If no flow matches, click “Clear filters”.

  5. 5

    What a row can do

    The “…” menu at the end of a row has:

    • “Open”: opens the flow in the builder;
    • “Duplicate”: creates a new draft named “(copy)”;
    • “Pause” or “Resume”: stops the flow at once or runs it again, and the draft does not change;
    • “Move to folder”;
    • “Delete”: a deleted flow cannot be restored. If other flows start it, their names are shown.

    A web chat inbox can hold one flow only, so a copy cannot be made there.
