Connect a TikTok account

The TikTok channel brings messages sent to your TikTok business account into Clomni. The channel is shown with a “Beta” badge. This channel isn't in every plan: if you don't see the card, check your plan.
Steps

Choose the TikTok card
On Settings › Workspace settings › Inboxes, click “Add Inbox”. In the catalog, click “Connect” on the “TikTok” card.

Sign in with TikTok
Click “Continue with TikTok”. On the TikTok page that opens, log in to your account and confirm the permissions.

Choose agents
When you're back, pick the agents who will see this channel's conversations and click “Add agents”.

When the connection breaks
When the TikTok permission expires, the channel's settings show a “Your inbox is disconnected” bar. Give permission again with the “Click here to reconnect.” link.
