Connect an SMS channel (Twilio or Bandwidth)

Clomni doesn't send SMS by itself: SMS goes through your Twilio or Bandwidth account. You need an account and a number there first.
Steps
-
1
Choose the SMS card
On Settings › Workspace settings › Inboxes, click “Add Inbox”. In the catalog, click “Connect” on the “SMS” card.
-
2
Choose the provider
From the “API Provider” list, choose “Twilio” or “Bandwidth”.
-
3
Enter the account details
For Twilio: “Inbox Name”, “Phone Number”, “Account SID” and “Auth Token” (or an API key). Then click “Create Twilio Channel”. For Bandwidth: “Account ID”, “API Key”, “API Secret”, “Application ID”, “Inbox Name” and “Phone number”. Then click “Create Bandwidth Channel”.
-
4
Set the callback URL
The last page shows the “Callback URL”. Enter it in the provider's dashboard as the messaging callback address. Without it, incoming SMS don't reach Clomni. The URL is also shown later in the channel's “Configuration” section.
