Search for conversations, messages and contacts

Search finds contacts, conversations and message text across all conversations. An agent sees results only from the channels they can see.
Steps

Open search
On the Conversations page, click the “Search for messages in conversations” icon at the top of the list.

Type your query
Type the conversation number, email, phone number or a word from the message. If nothing is found, follow the tip “Search by conversation id, email, phone number, messages for better search results”.

Pick a result
Results are on the “All results”, “Contacts”, “Conversations” and “Messages” tabs. You can narrow messages down by “Sender”, “Inbox” and date. Clicking a result opens the conversation.
