Arrange the Conversations panel your own way
Last updated: 1 October 2026 · 4 min read
Each agent can arrange the Conversations panel for themselves: which rows and groups come first, the order of the channels, and what stays hidden. Only you see this arrangement; it changes nothing for other agents.
Steps
-
1
Open the arrange mode
In the Conversations panel header, click the sliders icon next to the search button. The header turns into “Arrange the panel”, and each row gets a handle and an eye.
-
2
Move things
Drag a row by the handle on its left. You can move rows such as “All”, “Mine” and “Unassigned”, the “Filters”, “Teams”, “Channels” and “Labels” groups, and the channels, labels, teams and filters inside the groups. A channel stays in its own group.
-
3
Hide things
Click the eye: the row fades and leaves the panel. Click it again to bring it back. “All” cannot be hidden. Conversations of a hidden channel still arrive in “All” and in notifications, and the panel search still finds what you hid.
-
4
Finish, or go back to the default
Click “Done”. Every change is saved at once, and the panel looks the same when you sign in on another computer or browser. Each account has its own arrangement. A channel, label or team added later appears at the end of its group. To undo everything, click “Back to default” at the top of arrange mode.
