Keyboard shortcuts

Shortcuts help you work quickly without a mouse. On macOS, press ⌥ instead of Alt and ⌘ instead of Win.

Steps

    Open the list

    At the bottom of the left menu, click your profile picture and choose “Keyboard shortcuts”.

    In conversations

    • Alt + J and Alt + K: open the previous and the next conversation.
    • Alt + E: resolve the conversation.
    • Win + Alt + E: resolve and move to the next conversation.
    • Alt + M: the snooze menu.
    • Alt + N: the next tab in the list.

    In the reply box

    • Alt + P: switch to a private note.
    • Alt + L: switch to a reply.
    • Win + Alt + A: attach a file.
    • Text starting with “/” opens canned responses. For a new line, press Shift + Enter.

    Between sections

    • Alt + C: conversations.
    • Alt + V: contacts.
    • Alt + R: reports.
    • Alt + S: settings.
    • Alt + O: open and close the side panel.
