Several companies: switch between workspaces

One user can be a member of several companies' accounts. Each account has its own channels, conversations and settings.

Steps

    Open the switcher

    At the top of the left menu, click the account's name (or logo). The “Switch workspace” window opens.

    Choose the account

    Choose the account you need from the list. The “Search workspace” field helps when there are many accounts. You move to the chosen account right away.

    If an account is missing

    If an account is not in the list, that company's administrator has to invite you as an agent.
