Why the Help Center (portal) and Companies sections are missing

Clomni has sections for a separate help site for your customers (a portal) and for a list of companies, but they are not part of the standard plans.

Steps

    If they are not in the menu

    If you do not see “Help Center” or “Companies” in the left menu, these sections are not turned on for your account. This is not an error.

    Answer customers' questions automatically

    To answer your customers' frequent questions automatically, use the Clomni AI assistant: you can teach it FAQs and documents (see “Teach the AI agent from documents and websites”).

    If you need them

    If you need the Help Center or Companies section, write to the Clomni team.
