Why old chats appear when you link a number by QR

   What arrives

   After you scan the QR code, the phone sends recent chats (usually a few months). Messages are added with their real dates. If a media file is no longer available, a note about it appears instead of the file.

   Where the conversations appear

   In a conversation Clomni already has, old messages fall into their place. A chat Clomni has not seen before is created as a “Resolved” conversation. To see these, choose the “Resolved” status in the list.

   What does not happen

   History messages do not send notifications, do not start automations or the AI assistant, and do not reopen a conversation.

   Only when you link

   History arrives only when the QR code is scanned. If you need old chats for a number that was linked earlier, link the number by QR again.
