Connect a Facebook Page (Messenger)

Your Facebook Page's Messenger messages land in one inbox in Clomni. If a professional Instagram account is linked to the Page, Instagram messages come into the same inbox too, and you don't need to connect Instagram separately. The person connecting must have full admin access to the Page.

Steps

    Choose the Facebook & Instagram card

    On Settings › Workspace settings › Inboxes, click “Add Inbox”. In the catalog, click “Connect” on the “Facebook & Instagram” card.

    Sign in with Facebook

    Click the Facebook sign-in button. In the window that opens, log in to your account, choose the Page you need and keep all permissions on. If the window doesn't open, allow pop-ups in your browser and turn off your ad blocker.

    Choose the Page

    Pick the Page from the “Choose Page” list, check the “Inbox Name” field and click “Create Inbox”.

    Choose agents

    Pick the agents who will see this Page's conversations and click “Add agents”. If you see “You're not authorized to perform this action”, check on Facebook that you have full control of the Page.
