Agent activity: time your team spends in the system and the work they do

Last updated: 14 October 2026 · 8 min read

This page shows how long each agent had the panel open, in which status, and what they did in that time. Time in the panel is recorded from 30.09.2026; for earlier days only the counts of replies, notes and conversations are there.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the page

In the left menu, open Reports › Agent activity. Choose the period at the top; the last 30 days are chosen by default. Use the “Team” and “Agent” filters to look at some agents only.

  2. 2

    The main numbers

“In the panel”, “Online”, “Replies”, “Notes”, “Conversations answered” and “Conversations resolved”, each against the period before. Under “In the panel” you see the number of sessions. A conversation two agents replied in counts for both.

  3. 3

    Charts

    • “Day by day”: the number you choose for each day, the period before as a dashed line.
    • “Status”: time in the panel by “Online”, “Busy” and “Offline”. “Offline” means the panel is open, but the agent set their status to offline.
    • “By agent”: who was in the panel and for how long.
  4. 4

    The agents table

Each agent's time in the panel, sessions, first and last seen, time online, busy and offline, replies, notes, and conversations answered and resolved. Choose the columns with “Columns”, click a header to sort. Click an agent's name and the “Days” list below shows only their days.

  5. 5

    Days

Each day of each agent is a row. The “Panel open” column shows the hours the panel was open, for example 09:00-13:10. If they did not open the panel that day but wrote something, it says “Panel not opened”.

  6. 6

    Download

“Download CSV” at the top saves the agents table, and the “CSV” button of the “Days” list saves every agent's days.

  7. 7

    Who sees it

Administrators and custom roles with the “Manage reports” permission see every agent. An agent sees only themselves.

  8. 8

    How time is counted

Time in the panel is the time the panel was open in the browser, recorded every minute. If the panel stays open, the time counts even if the agent is not looking at it. If the panel is closed for less than 3 minutes and opened again (for example, when the page is refreshed), it is the same session. A session that crosses midnight is split between the two days. Days follow the account's time zone.
