Block a contact

You can block a contact who sends spam or bothers you. New conversations from a blocked contact don't go to the main list and don't send notifications.

Steps

    Open the contact

    In the sidebar, find the contact on the “Contacts” page and open it. You can also click the contact's name in a conversation to go to their page.

    Block

    Click “Block contact” at the top of the page. “This contact is blocked successfully” appears.

    See blocked contacts

    In the sidebar, Conversations › Blocked has the conversations of blocked contacts. On the Contacts page you can also find them with the “Blocked” filter.

    Remove the block

    On the contact's page, click “Unblock contact”.
